Interviews

Focus: General Logic, Probability, Clean Code (Java/C++).

Tech Stack

Core: Java (Heavy usage), C++.
Style: Small teams, high ownership.

The Interview Process

  1. Take Home Test:Often a coding challenge that involves writing a bot or a simulator. Quality of code matters as much as correctness.
  2. Logic & Probability:"You have a 50-sided die..." Very similar style to Jane Street but often harder.
  3. Onsite (The "Office Visit"):You will likely meet a large % of the firm because it is so small. Expect to debug someone else's code live.

Sample Questions

Logic: The Monty Hall Variant

"There are 100 doors. 99 goats. 1 car. You pick a door. I open 98 other doors showing goats. Should you switch?"
(Standard logic puzzle, but explain it intuitively).

Coding: The Simulator

"Write a program that simulates a matching engine."
They look for: Clean variable names, Unit tests (crucial!), and handling edge cases (crossing orders).
